I have downloaded and installed FC and also Interaction Client. Now I have to log on to my server/account. How do I create one?

Voicemail queue on I3 does not refresh when other people delete voicemail.

Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting guide for the errors you have encountered. Since the official website is not working any more, you will have to use the built-in help to obtain answers to issues. Go to Help > Contents to look for help regarding the way the software works and why the voicemails don't get deleted.
